TYAF
Tandem Young Artists Fellowship (TYAF) is a program specially designed for young musicians devoted to classical music, under the age of 30, who are at the beginning of their professional careers. Its purpose is to guide, mentor, and support emerging artists, offering comprehensive assistance that goes beyond technical training and also includes the development of their professional image, artistic identity, and future ambitions.
Through this program, young artists will have access to:
Personalized mentorship from established professionals.
Support in finding professional opportunities, including concerts, auditions, and collaborations.
Tools and resources to develop their artistic and professional presence, strengthening the foundations of their career.
Guidance in image and communication, including personal branding, social media and media presence, and strategies to convey their artistic identity consistently and professionally.
A safe and supportive working environment that fosters confidence, creativity, and long-term vision, accompanying each artist in their first steps and helping them project their horizons.
TYAF is founded on the belief that young talent thrives when provided with guidance and real opportunities to advance on their own path. More than just a fellowship, it is a space for mentorship, professional development, and artistic discovery, where music and passion meet experience and professional guidance.
